Our Journey: AKHAND DIGITAL SOLUTIONS has been a household name in the local community since 2021 through our offline establishment (CSC Shop). We have spent years mastering the art of form filling, drafting, and navigating complex government portals. Starting from January 5, 2026, we are taking our trusted expertise online to serve you right at your fingertips.

1. Private Entity (निजी संस्था):
• Ad Computers (AKHAND DIGITAL SOLUTIONS) is a strictly private service provider. We have no official affiliation or tie-up with any government body.
• Ad Computers (AKHAND DIGITAL SOLUTIONS) पूरी तरह से एक निजी सेवा प्रदाता है। हमारा किसी भी सरकारी निकाय या विभाग के साथ कोई आधिकारिक संबंध या गठबंधन नहीं है।
2. Service Responsibility (सेवा की जिम्मेदारी):
• We guarantee accurate processing of your data, but the final outcome (approval/rejection) rests solely with the concerned government department.
• हम आपके डेटा की सटीक प्रोसेसिंग की गारंटी देते हैं, लेकिन अंतिम परिणाम (स्वीकृति/अस्वीकृति) पूरी तरह से संबंधित सरकारी विभाग पर निर्भर करता है।
3. Data Security (डेटा सुरक्षा):
• Your documents are used only for the specific application and are deleted from our systems within 24 hours of completion. We never share data with third parties.
• आपके दस्तावेजों का उपयोग केवल संबंधित आवेदन के लिए किया जाता है और कार्य पूरा होने के 24 घंटे के भीतर उन्हें हमारे सिस्टम से डिलीट कर दिया जाता है। हम कभी भी किसी तीसरे पक्ष के साथ डेटा साझा नहीं करते हैं।
4. Refund Policy (रिफंड नीति):
• Refunds are available if work hasn't started. Once government fees are paid or work is completed, refunds are not possible. Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
• यदि काम शुरू नहीं हुआ है, तो रिफंड उपलब्ध है। एक बार सरकारी शुल्क का भुगतान हो जाने या काम पूरा हो जाने के बाद, रिफंड संभव नहीं है। पेमेंट गेटवे शुल्क गैर-वापसी योग्य (Non-refundable) हैं।
5. Legal Compliance (कानूनी अनुपालन):
• We strictly follow all laws and do not support fake documentation. In case of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction shall strictly be limited to the Nighasan Court only.
